GEOFFREY E. POPE is the new president-elect of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, which has about 1,900 members. Pope is a founding partner of Pope & Howard, which specializes in catastrophic personal injury cases. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Pope was elected at GTLA’s annual convention last month and will become president in April 2011, succeeding Michael J. Warshauer of the Warshauer Law Group.
