A premises liability case involves injuries occurring on property such as homes, shops, malls, construction sites, parking lots, airports, hotels and many other locations. Property owners are required to keep property in a reasonably safe condition or warn people about any dangerous conditions that are known, or should be known, to the land owner. Lack of security on property can also result in harm to someone on premises.
