Defective Prescription Drugs and Medical Devices

People use pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices to help them.  But sometimes the use of these products can cause harm.  The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is responsible for protecting consumers of prescription drugs, but the pharmaceutical industry spends millions of dollars lobbying the FDA to receive favorable treatment when they send their drugs to consumers.  As a result, many defects go undetected until they result in serious harm or death to consumers.  Similarly, medical devices that are designed to help can often cause irreversible injuries.

We strongly believe that victims of defective drugs and medical devices need someone to represent their interests.  We understand the complex scientific, factual and legal issues surrounding any claim against a drug company or medical device manufacturer.  We make sure we collect the necessary evidence, that we know the law and that we have prominent experts review our cases.  By handling our cases this way, we make sure we are ready to put on the best case at trial.
